4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. Just email us at sales@lvtstarcompany.com with your order number and some clear photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund!
5. What if I ordered the wrong size or made a mistake?
Since everything is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for errors like ordering the wrong size or color. So, we recommend double-checking your order before hitting that "Place Order" button!
